About Noos

Who We Are

On a snowy 20-mile run, commencing a new decade, an idea was hatched. It was cosmic in a way—doing something we love, the stillness around us, and the place the mind goes after being in motion for over two hours. Noos was born. We're mothers, athletes, and extremely curious about our health. We house a burning desire to help those around us feel their best and to understand what drives behavior around nutrition and movement. Since then, a common theme kept emerging: "How can we facilitate the conversations we're having with each other and reach a broader community?"

NOOS exists to prove you don't have to choose. Not athlete OR mother. Not performance OR family. Not your old self OR your current life. You can be all of it—and how you eat, move, and show up is what makes it possible.

Developed by Registered Dietitian Anne Campbell and Health Coach Avery O'Connor, Noos is a place to awaken your own curiosity and awareness around your health. We've curated a weekly Noosletter through Substack, where we research and discuss three main categories: Nutrition, Movement, and Behavior. Creating the Noosletter was a natural first step—a way to reach more people with evidence-based education. And we genuinely love landing in your inbox every Monday, expanding curiosity and cutting through wellness noise. But our true passion? Working one-on-one with clients—growing and witnessing change alongside you in a deeply personalized way.

So what makes us different?

We're not influencers pretending or a faceless company selling plans. We're living this alongside you in real time—building our practices, coaching youth soccer, raising our kids, and figuring out sustainable ways to fuel and move bodies doing hard things. We hope you see yourself as a scientist: step back, try something out, and see how it feels. Experimenting takes the pressure off results and creates a more neutral environment. When you see us thriving, we hope you don't just feel inspired—we hope you feel permission.

We're doing this WITH you, not just for you.
